I like to think she was thinking about why this Englishman would want to buy a house next door to hers. More likely she was concerned whether her hospitality was welcoming enough.

Slovak times

These were taken over the last few years in Slovakia. They are based on thoughts and presumptions, sometimes stereo-typical views but as this country is gradually changing, it is an interesting time to document.

Soon I will be living there, which ties into the notion of a country that is changing and developing but hopefully still keeping it's identity.
